Offered in conjunction with the Solo/Together: 50th Annual UF Art Faculty Exhibition is a lunchtime forum featuring Robert Mueller, associate professor in printmaking; and Richard Heipp, UF School of Art + Art History director and professor of painting. Join us to meet some of the artists whose work is featured in this exhibit and to learn more about their art and inspiration.
Musicians and students from around the world will gather at the University of Florida School of Music Nov. 6-8, 2014 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the inventor of the saxophone, Adolphe Sax. The Adolphe Sax Bicentennial Festival will feature an array of activities, from master classes to performances, which are free and open to the public. The festival kicks off Thursday night, November 6 at 7:30 p.m. with a UF Wind Symphony concert in University Auditorium conducted by David Waybright.
